These Terms and Conditions outline the terms under which you enter Eureka Park (“the Park”) and use its attractions and services. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions include both General Terms and Product-Specific Terms (e.g., terms for birthday parties and annual passes). If there is any inconsistency, the Product-Specific Terms take precedence.
“You” refers to the ticket holder (and their guardian if under 18). “We,” “us,” or “Eureka Park” refers to Eureka Park
All guests aged 4 and above must have a valid ticket to enter the Park. Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth or online. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Tickets and wristbands are valid only for the date of purchase and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Reselling tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in voided tickets.
Wristbands are void if removed, and lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
Ride tickets must be purchased in advance; individual ride tickets are not available at ride entrances.
No pass-outs or re-entry once you leave the Park.
Tickets purchased online can be paid for using most credit and debit cards, with a $1.55 transaction fee per ticket.
Payments are processed securely through a third-party payment system.
You will receive an email confirmation with e-tickets, which must be presented (printed or on a device) at the ticket booth.
Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets purchased online can be reprinted via the My Account section of our website.
We reserve the right to refuse online orders for Unlimited Ride Tickets.
Appropriate attire, including footwear, must be worn at all times.
Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from the Park without a refund.
Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
Guests must ensure they meet health, height, and safety requirements before riding attractions.
Loose items, including phones and cameras, are not permitted on rides.
Safety restraints must be used at all times.
The Park is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions.
No placeholding in ride queues.
Certain rides may be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, or other factors.
If multiple attractions are closed, guests may transfer their ticket to another date or request a refund.
The Park reserves the right to close at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
If the Park is closed on your ticket date, you may request a full refund or reschedule your visit.
Photos and videos taken at the Park must be for personal use only. Commercial use requires prior approval.
The Park may capture images and videos of guests for promotional purposes. By entering, you grant us the right to use such images without further approval or compensation. If you do not consent, please inform us before entering.
We will provide services with reasonable care but are not responsible for accidents caused by third parties, other guests, or unforeseen circumstances.
Some attractions may be operated by third parties. Any claims regarding these attractions must be directed to the respective operators.
By purchasing tickets for others, you confirm their agreement to these Terms and Conditions.
The agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, and disputes will be handled in Victorian courts.
Photos used in promotions may not reflect your exact experience.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles.
These Terms and Conditions may change at any time and will be published on our website.
Annual Passes are available online and at the ticket booth and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
A free accompanying adult entry (excludes rides) is included.
Passes must be activated at the ticket booth within 30 days of purchase.
Pass holders must book visit dates online and present their pass at the ticket booth for wristband issuance.
Not valid for special ticketed events.
Passes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or used for commercial purposes.
A photo ID is required for Annual Passes.
Pass holders must periodically update their photos for verification purposes.
Single-day Unlimited Ride Tickets can be upgraded to an Annual Pass on the same day of purchase.
The original ticket and wristband must be intact at the time of upgrade.
Some ticket types (e.g., complimentary or group tickets) are not eligible for upgrades.
Lost or stolen Annual Passes must be reported to Park staff.
A $10 fee applies for replacing lost passes.
The Park may revoke or suspend passes if terms are violated.
By purchasing a ticket or pass, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
