Are you ready to be part of an exciting and dynamic team? Eureka Park is now hiring for key guest-facing roles! We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to deliver exceptional experiences as Ride Operators, Lifeguards, or Ticketing & Guest Relations Attendants.
As a Ride Operator, you will:
Operate and monitor rides to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service by assisting guess and answering questions.
Work as part of a team to maintain a fun and safe environment.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Commitment to guest safety and satisfaction.
As a Lifeguard, you will:
Ensure that the safety of all guests in aquatic areas by supervising and responding to incidents as needed.
Enforce safety guidelines and park rules
Assist in maintaining a safe environment
Provide excellent guest service and support
Requirements:
Previous experience in lifeguarding or a willingness to undergo training.
Strong attention to safety
Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively in emergencies
As a Ticketing & Guest Relations Attendant, you will:
Assist guests with purchasing tickets and navigating the park.
Provide information and resolve guest inquiries with a friendly attitude.
Operate ticketing/point-of-sale software efficiently.
Maintain an organized and welcoming front-line experience
Requirements:
Proficiency in ticketing/point-of-sale systems (e.g. TryBooking, TicketTailor, Square, etc.) is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
